Al Warsan is a mix-use area of villas, apartments, green spaces, governmental offices, and projects. The community is located opposite International City near Al Warqaa and Nad Al Sheba. 

It is accessible through Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Ras Al Khor Road. Although a relatively new development, the neighborhood is divided into 4 sub-communities and slowly gaining popularity as a residential area.
