Spanning more than 22 million sq. ft., Studio City is a free zone in Dubai. At a prime location among the central areas of the emirate, Dubai Studio City is a project of TECOM Investments. It is a three-phased development launched in 2005. The area is strategically located next to Al Qudra Road D63, offering easy access to many residential areas of Dubai.

Known best for its commercial side, Studio City Dubai provides cutting-edge facilities to commercial offices especially broadcasting companies, film production houses, TV, music, and other entertainment-related sectors. The area may not be known for its residential offerings, but it has many residential towers with apartments available for rent and sale.

There are no villas or townhouses in the community. However, one may find a few commercial and residential plots among property configurations. This area resembles another free zone district in the emirate, Dubai Media City, except Studio City also offers housing facilities.
